Terms of Service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms apply when a business uses Blommy. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@blommy.co.

What Blommy does

You connect your business's Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts. Blommy collects the reviews, comments, tags and messages your customers send you, writes a short briefing every morning, lets you reply from one inbox, and lets you post and schedule posts. AI suggests replies and posts; nothing is sent until you press send.

Your responsibilities

  • Only connect accounts and listings of a business you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Check suggestions before sending. Replies and posts go out as your business and you're responsible for them, including facts like prices and opening hours.
  • Follow the rules of each platform you post or reply on, and don't use Blommy for spam, fake reviews or anything unlawful.
  • Keep your Google login safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put our access to the platforms at risk.

Your data and your customers' data

You own the information in your Blommy account. We process your customers' reviews, comments and messages only on your instructions and to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payment

Blommy is a monthly subscription, priced per plan as shown on our pricing page. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles invoices and sales tax. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it. If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price.

Other platforms

Blommy depends on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and on the service that connects us to them. They can change what they allow or end a connection, in which case some features may stop working until you reconnect or at all. We'll tell you when we know a connection has stopped.

No guarantees

We can't promise more reviews, a rating, a search ranking or that every comment or message is collected: the platforms decide what they share. AI summaries and suggestions can be wrong. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Ending the service

You can remove a business in Blommy at any time, and ask us to close your account at hello@blommy.co. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Blommy after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without limiting consumer rights you have where you live.
